You didn't say what email service you're using, but I'll assume it's Gmail and give instructions for that. If you use something else the basic concepts are the same and many other webmail services are similar to Gmail.
Instead of entering specific spam addresses, create filters that catch spam by keywords, subjects, senders or similar, though not exactly the same, email addresses. You can stop far more spam with filters than entering specific addresses and with far less effort.
1. Log into your Gmail account and select a spam email you want to create a filter for.
2. Click on 'More' and in the drop-down box click 'Filter messages like this'.
3. A box opens. Put in the desired search parameters. Usually, I just click on 'Create a filter with this search' at the bottom of the box and leave the rest as is.
4. Another box opens. Select 'Skip the Inbox'. Select 'Apply the label' (aka Folder). Click on 'Choose label' and from the drop-down choose where you want to send these emails. For example I have a label (folder) called Filtered Mail for email that isn't spam but I can deal with later. At the bottom of the box select 'Also apply filter to matching conversations' and click Create.
All new mail "and existing* mail will be filtered and sorted.
Now, about creating new folders (labels). Email apps will automatically sync (aka import or transfer) folders you create using your email provider's webmail interface into your email app.
Log into your Gmail account online and create new Folders/Labels there and they will automatically transfer into your email app just as if you had created them there. This works with any email app.
If you use another email service such as Hotmail, Yahoo or a private domain, the same thing applies. Create folders and they will sync to the phone.
The above applies to IMAP service accounts. If you have POP3 service folders are not supported. But POP3 is outdated and most email service is IMAP these days.
