Help Email gives 2 notifications! Grrr..

I have exchange email setup using the Samsung email client but every time I get an email, it notifies me twice! I thought it might be the gmail app receiving email in the background but that's not set to sync and so it's not even receiving email.Does any one have any ideas, I swear it didn't used to do this before!!
 
Ok, feel like a dumbass here. Was listening to music thru Bluetooth all the time and the second notification is coming from the Bose Soundlink that I'm using and not from the phone directly. Guess that's normal!
