email help

Hello everyone, 1st post here.

I have an issue where I if I have outlook open I do not get my emails on my phone and if I have outlook closed and then open it, all the emails on my phone, read of not, disappear.

What do I do to fix this?

Set Outlook to leave mail on the server. Your device can't retrieve email that isn't on the server.

I highly suggest switching to something more recent than a POP account. Try IMAP or an account that actually supports sync.
