Help Email issue, please help.

I have set my phone up with a corporate email account. We are using elephantoutlook. I have many folders under my Inbox. When I receive an email into my Inbox, my phone will receive it and notify me of the new email. I have rules set up to automatically send email to certain folders and when email comes into a sub-folder of the Inbox, my phone will not receive it. I have to go into that folder and then it will down load it.

Are there any fixes to this issue?

I have found a good solution to my email problem. I down loaded the touchdown app for email and have stopped using the email app that came with the phone. The touchdown app is working very well so far. I only have been using it for about 5 hours.
