Help Email keeps switching back to plain text

Need some help:

I run our company on Exchange 2007 with Activesync on the TB. The strangest thing... my email keeps switching back to plain text. It seems the variable is that it started since switching to Radiov2 and Das Bamf 1.5 remix... I have reselected the HTML setting three or four times now and it keeps going back after a couple of hours or overnight. I have tried to isolate the issue but can't seem to.

I am sure it is something simple so if anyone has an idea, I would appreciate any help.

EDIT: THIS DIDN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM. WENT TO MY MS EXCHANGE PROVIDER TO SEE WHAT THEY THINK. HOPE I DON'T HAVE TO GO BACK TO STOCK ROM TO TEST IF HAS HAND IS THE PROBLEM.

Ok, so I think when a HTML message over a certain size came in, the email service was set to handle mail of only a certain size. I think that is when it would switch back to plain text. I changed the setting to Maxiumum Size and so far so good.

I am surprised no one else bumped into this if this is actually the problem. I will keep you posted.

Fix: Email>Menu>More>Settings>Send & Receive>Mail Size Limit>Maximum Size
While you are in there, make sure the Message Format is set to HTML too, obviously.
Alternate: Settings>Accounts&sync>Exchange Activesync>Account Settings>Mail Size Limit>Maximum Size (also make sure HTML is set in the Message format selection as above)

Wow, it's been two years since your last post but I just stumbled across this because I'm having the same issue with my new HTC One. I choose HTML and it won't stick. It eventually switches back to plain text. Did you ever figure out a solution?
