go to Settings
Select Applications
Select Manage Applications
Select All
Select Mail or Email
Select Force Stop and Clear cache
Turn your device off and back on.
Now go back to Email and test the links.
If that does not work, please do the following:
go to Settings
Select Applications
Select Manage Applications
Select All
Select Mail
Select Force Stop and Clear Data (You might have to setup your Email account again)
Go back to ALL and select Google Services Framework
Select Clear Data.
Turn your device off and back on.
Go back to Email and setup if your account is no longer there.
Test the links again. Thank you.
