Email nightmare

Hi guys, I'm having a panic at the moment, I have an htc desire, just got it, and there is an email that I desparately need right now, and I pressed asrchive on it by mistake and cant find it for the life of me, please please please tell me how I can recover this please.

As you said you pressed 'Archive' I guess you are using Gmail?

Menu > Go to labels > All Mail

Alternatively hit the search button and it will search all mail for your search term.
