Help Email No Longer Working

I can't seem to find the S3 Sub so would like some help from anywhere I can get it.

My wife still has my old S3. Out of the blue, her email stopped receiving/sending. I've checked all of her settings & they're still the same as setup. Testing incoming & outgoing connections works without error.

Any ideas?

email is hacked!!! or open a new email if you do not like this i have no ideas becuse as far as i know email won't sent only for wrong email . also check the browser or email app. which email your wife have? gmail and yahoo is much stronger email. also check your wifi network or mobile data. sorry for my english

Hmm. That's kind of weird. She's using the stock email app that's tied to a Roadrunner account. Personally, I've never liked Yahoo or Gmail as both are very susceptible to hacks, spam, etc. No problem on the Outlook or ISP server end. I'll investigate a bit further. Thanks.

This issue has been present for about 2 weeks. No other functions are problematic. We have fraud protection if there was a serious issue. Thanks for your insight.
