Help Email Notification Reminder

Anyone have any idea if there is a way to disable/turn off the email notification reminder? People tend to send emails late at night and my phone will vibrate/beep, flash with an email notification, but then it continues to send the notification even after. Its really annoying.

The paid version of Light Flow in the market will let you set a quiet time where sound, vibration, and LED notifications will be turned off, or any combination of those. It's well worth the buck it costs. Another option is K-9. It also has a quiet time feature.
