Email - I get the notice "unfortunately email has stopped" after one minute of working in my e-mail. I have Galaxy S5 Active.

Try clearing data in the email app. Find it in settings, applications, ALL tab

It seems Samsung owners have a LOT of problems with the stock Samsung email app. I see post after post after post about various problems with it.
Another email client is an effective fix. There's plenty of good choices. Type Mail, My Mail, Maildroid, K-9, Cloud Magic, and my favorite, AquaMail are just a few.

^^^This, ditch that Samsung garbage. Just because it comes pre-installed with the phone doesn't mean it's the best
