Help Email Question

Ok, I am at my wits end with my email setup. Whenever I go into email setup, my Yahoo mail sets up and syncs fine.
The problem I am having is, all my folders are missing. All I see, is the Inbox, Trash, Sent, and Drafts.
The Bulk mail folder and all the folders I created for personal use are not even there.
The Bulk mail is actually all mixed in with whatever is in the inbox. I have checked the push settings, I synced my mail from as far back as I can go.
But nothing seems to work. Can somebody enlighten me on what I may be doing wrong? Thanks
 
, this is a problem with the systems email. It does not matter if you use Google Yahoo AOL. The email App. only gives you what you see. There are plenty of email app on the market that will load your entire account folders.

The problem you might run into an doing a different app that will load all the folders is that it will reload all of the email that I know that you just moved and all the new folders.
 
I was using the Yahoo mail app. It works very well with the exception of the ads. Paid versions would be a nice option. Thanks,at least I know it is not me.
 
If you click the settings button when you are in your inbox you will see a "Folders" option, click that and it should list out all your folders. Otherwise you may have to make sure you have IMAP enable on the Yahoo account, as POP3 does not allow for Folder Sync. The problem is not with the system email, but rather with how it is organized.

On this device, clicking the folders only shows saved, trash and sent or something to that affect. It is not like other androids I have seen, in that you cannot access all folders to the account in the stock email app.
 
I am using my stellar at the moment and I am using the stock email app to access my gmail and it has given me access to all the folders I personally set up in my gmail, on my pc. I am using the stock app because I also use the gmail app for another email account I have. It may just be that Yahoo is having issues, or IMAP is not enabled. Honestly in both Apps I have access to all my gmail "labels", If you click the inbox on the stock application, and click show all folders, it shows all the labels. I am going to look into testing it out with a yahoo email address.

Just realized that yahoo does not support IMAP unless you are paying for their premium service, correct me if I'm wrong?? That would explain why I am able to access my gmail folders and yahoo does not work.

I personally have the issue with aim. But yes you have to be premium for certain providers

Again not bashing Android, but it is not a Yahoo or AIM, or an issue with other mail servers. It is an issue with Android.
I am not subscribed to Yahoo's premium mail service. And both Blackberry's and my HTC Trophy, never had a problem with whomever I wanted to use for personal email.
I don't have a problem with using an app for mail. As long as it works right. And offer a paid version of the app, so the annoying ad at the bottom is gone. It's to easy to click on it.
