Help Email setup

Can anyone tell me how to setup a non Gmail or Exchange email account with the stock app? I want to add email for my job and I can't figure it out.
 
You'll need to get the POP and/or IMAP server names for work and details as to how they are accessed...your IT department should be able to help you.
 
Actually, I have the settings, I just don't know where to enter them. The stock app is setup for either an Exchange (which I don't have) or Gmail (which I do have and already setup) account. I want to setup a different type altogether, just not sure how.
