Help email spammers

I get lots of spam emails on my Tiscali Pop3 address. On Windows I can just tell the system to send any email to my spam folder if it is from the same email address of domain.
On my Android tablet there is no equivalent system that I can find!
Advice please.
PS I have tried "SpamDrain". It worked well except that it prevented me signing in on some of my machines - telling me I was using the wrong address or password.

Tiscali... are they still around? Depending on what device you've actually got, might be expecting you to be using Google Gmail as your email provider, Google makes Android of course, and has spam filtering server side, and not on the device itself.

You basically have 3 ways you can deal with this:

1. See if you can convert the POP3 service to IMAP. This is the best solution.

2. Next best is to forward your POP3 account to Gmail for handling. This will give you the advantages of IMAP service with a POP3 account.
Filtering and sorting into folders is done on the server and everything syncs to all your devices and computers.
Filtering and sorting setup only has to be done one time instead of repeating it on every device and computer.
All email is kept on the server so you download only as much email as you need on your phone.
Push notification of new email.

3. Last choice. There is only one Android email client I'm aware of that can do sorting of POP3 email on the device, like a desktop client does, by defining filters (aka rules) such as in the example you gave, by email address. Or, say by certain keywords. That is Maildroid.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maildroid&hl=en
No other clients I've seen support on-device filtering because it's space, data and system-intensive to do so. Also, it does not sync to other devices or computers.

Good Morning "Mikedt",
Yes, I still have a Tiscali email address. Talk Talk is the new name for that organisation. I use a first edition Nexus 7 tablet.

Good Morning "Crashdamage"
I did consider changing from POP 3 to IMAP but Talk Talk; despite agreeing that IMAP is the best system for new addresses; advises against changing to IMAP for accounts already set up as POP3
Following your advice; I have installed and paid for the spam extension of Maildroid. It is doing a good job. The only problem - for me at least - is that you need a degree to make best use all the facilities in the settings.
