I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, SM-N9005. I am new to the Android world.
I realize others threads have email sync issues - mine is not necessarily a sync issue, although it might be.
I'm having problems with when I access or do work from my email (Hotmail account) on a computer & then access email from my phone. My first issue is my email notification at the top bar does not go away unless I open the email app. For example, I receive a new email so I open it from my computer. The notification on my phone does not go away until I open the email app. I do not want to turn this notification off completely, as I want to see when I have new emails when I don't have access to a computer.
My other issue is my email on my phone won't acknowledge if I've replied or forwarded an email from a computer. It only does this if I've replied from my phone directly. For example, I read & replied to an email from my computer but my phone does not acknowledge I did this even when I sync my sent items (usually has green arrow).
Is there something I'm missing?
