Help Email sync issue

I just bought the Samsung Galaxy SIII a couple weeks ago and I'm getting my emails just fine. The issue I am having is the syncing of it. On all my other phones with Android platforms, I had no problems with the mail box on my cell phone reflecting the mail box I see when I'm on my pc. So, here it is; when I am on my pc and I delete emails that I'm done with, if I sync my phone they will show deleted from the inbox there as well. Not the case with the Samsung. No matter how cleaned up my inbox is on a pc, the emails all still show up on the Inbox for the cell phone. The lowest the sync frequency option is, is 1 week. This is annoying. What am I missing? :mad: If someone has figured this out, please advise as I would like my inboxes to all reflect the current information. :smokingsomb:
 
Are you using Gmail? I only use Gmail and don't have this problem. If not make sure you are using IMAP or an exchange server for your email account settings if you want to sync. POP3 won't sync at all.
 
Hi i have a problem with my syncing an email too that the problem is i log on to my yahoo account but i cannot sign off...is there a way or a box telling me to sign off? I don't want to keep my email running always. I just want to log in and log out. Anyone can help me? Thank you so much
 
make sure you have sync emails checked in the email settings on the phone. had same problem till I relized I did not have this checked after all new install on my emails.
