Hi,
I am having a very odd problem with my POP/IMAP account in my office email server. The mails get downloaded through pop on both Outlook and Thunderbird. However, when I configure the same on any of my phones, mails of a particular period go missing. For example, mails between 18th September, 2016 to 2nd January, 2017 do not show up on my mobile. I have tried creating the account through both IMAP and POP, but the results are the same. I have also checked that this is happening on mutiple devices of different vendors. However, it works only on my HTC with IMAP. I've been struggling with this for pretty long. Any help would be appreciated.
