Email update problems.

It seems as though my emails will not automatically update on my phone. I have to touch the Mail icon on the phone to get it to update. What does everyone have their settings at? I have peak time start @ 0000 and peak time end @ 2359
I have frequencys set @ every 5 min.

I never had a problem on my blackberry with receiving emails.

If your phone features such options (I think most do - under Settings, Accounts on an HTC for example) make sure you have Background Data and Auto-sync both checked. That seems to have helped others with the same issue.
