Help Email wont connect to server

A few days ago, my email address stopped recieving emails. I tried deleting and recreating it, but it still wont connect. My mothers email works on my phonex and i copied all her settings to no avail. PLEASE HELP
 
Are you sure the account is still active? Can you connect through a desktop client like outlook or through webmail? If your email is hosted by the same host as your mother's then it might mean your password has changed. If you didn't do it, you might need to contact them quickly to recover your account.
