I have a Galaxy S5. The emergency alerts have never worked. All alerts are checked. I even reset the phone several times. It's very annoying, can anyone help?
Emergency Alerts are regional, and if the service is not provided locally, you won't get any.
I signed up for Rogers county, OK and mine work just fine.
