Emergency help with One S please help

I just bought my new HTC ONE S device and installed a game (subway surf). I keeps lagging. It is slow with frame skips. It is not normal. Sony xperia P ans ION played it smoothly. why does it lag on my new device? is there a problem with my phone? please help me. PLEASE

Try doing a factory reset and install just that game afterward, see if it still lags.
On mine it runs perfectly.

What is your Software number ?

Also try to disable power saver mode as it lowers CPU performance.
