Help Emergency Mode

Hi,
I have an Lg l5 ii e455 phone. It is having security error. In order to fix the security error, I need to enter the emergency mode. But I am unable to enter into emergency mode. I tried power button + volume up key combinations. But it is not working. Please help me.
