Emergency Night Contact App

I been searching for a long time for an app were you can add certain contacts or numbers that can send you a text or call you at night when your phone is on silent but be able to make your phone vibrate or put it into sound so if there is an emergency that occurs with a family member at night you can be awoken and informed instead of finding out later in the night or until the morning.

If anyone finds any apps that can do this please share the link. I would most appreciate it. The more options the better. I tried searching for about a week and could not find any.

What Android version are you running? Recent versions usually have an option in the Do Not Disturb mode (look in Sound settings) to allow selected contacts to call you while silencing the rest. You may have the feature you want in your phone already without installing anything.
