Emoji with Google keyboard

What's the best emoji app for my S4 since I use the STOCK text app and GOOGLE keyboard.

I don't want to use the stock Samsung keyboard or another text app.

There are no emojis for the stock texting app. There never have been. I've seen some other ROMs that may have them added, but you'd have to be rooted. If not, you HAVE to use a third-party texting app (like Chomp) to get emojis other than the stock Android ones. I know of no other way around this.

The Google Keyboard has emoji that you can add on to it in the dictionaries setting for the keyboard as a add on dictionary. I use the keyboard because I like the simplicity of it and being able to use emoji in facebook.
