Hey guys... sorry I was looking around for a solution to this but couldn't find anything. Basically the problem is when using instagram, I can usually see the little emoticons that people put but for some reason, my friend still sees them as the boxes. To my knowledge, I haven't downloaded any plug in or emoticon programs, nor has she.. Samsung told her that she would need to reset her whole phone but that seems a little extreme for such a small problem. Also, for some reason, she can see the emoticons in the instagram notification screen but not on actual pictures. Does anyone known why they would be showing for me and not for her?
