Good day! We have opened a restaurant almost a year now,to boost our profit we have to maintain our social networking sites, and email accounts to respond to our valued costumers. We recently hired two virtual assistant and ask them to work on the same time frame as our but we dont have a way of monitoring them. does any program exist to do this?where can i buy it? thank you!

Not unless you have the corresponding hardware to plug directly into their brains to monitor them...

All you can really do is assess the amount of work they do. Perhaps remote working is not the best solution for you in this case. Software cannot people manage, only people can.

You'll have to do the work yourself, manually, in order to build a sense of trust to their 'contract' that you made when you gave them a job offer.

Using monitoring programs, but not knowing how to maintain, much less handle programs and sites like that, will probably not end well, or cause undue/needed stress.

Otherwise, prepare for paranoia with wondering if the production is really worth it, or even there.

I personally, wouldn't try to deceive you, *I'd hop at the chance to get a online job * since jobs are hard as hell to find at the moment, but if you're that concerned about work, you'll need more help to set this up, tracyie has a good point to start in, but it would most certainly require you to take time off your schedule to learn this new technology and equipment.

We already know that schools have gotten in to trouble over this. Spying on students in their own homes with school supplied laptops.

Hi,bimbie, My boss once asked me to find some safe monitoring software to monitor the employees, and I googled the employee monitoring software for a long time, and I find a very popular one, this employee monitoring saftware is stable and undetectable, what's more, my boss thinks highly of the software, maybe you can have a try.

Maybe possible if they're using PCs which are supplied by and belong to the employer. A problem if the employees are using their own PCs though with installing clandestine spying software on them without the owner's knowledge. Highly illegal as well most likely. Computer Misuse Act(1990) in the UK, which could mean prison time.
