Help Emulated external memory

Please is there any way to fix this emulated problem i have on my galaxy centura sch-s738c net 10? Any ideas or usful information, suggessions or ideas to fix this bothersom problem would much apreciated. Is it a problem that can be fixed? What do i do? Where do i begin looking?

Since ive bought the phone the external sd says emulated has virtually been non usable.is there any way to remove the emulation so i can actually use the sd card?
