Help Enabel 3*4 Keypad in Galaxy Grand 2

Hi Can you please tell me how to enable 3*4 Keypad in galaxy grand 2 like below

abc def ghi
jkl mno

And also there is no option for XT9 in my settings.

How to enable these??
