Enable Haptic Feedback on Samsung Dart

HEy My name is Alan,THis is my first post here!
I have had 3 iPod Touches and I love iOS, but I also have had 1 Android and this is my second one, which is Kinda Crappy, But who is Counting?
My device is a Samsung Dart, But I'd like to enable hapttic feedback when typing or when I touch the Capacitive Buttons Under The Screen, It does support it because I have it enabled whenever I unlock with the PAtterN, but it does not have the option. ****in Samsung.....Anyways, any ideas you guys
