Help Enable USB Debugging

I just bought this phone, and I am having issues developing apps with it.

I turn on USB Debugging, and it connects as a media device.

Am I doing this correctly or not? What do I need to do to get it to work?

Got it! Just had to download the drivers from Samsung:
