Help Enabling Ethernet in Atrix 2

Are you running Windows (XP/Vista/7/9?), Mac or Linux, etc on your PC/laptop?

The greyed out ethernet functionality is because of no ethernet card/driver detected, so you've got some work to do. First involves getting Motorola android device drivers installed on the machine you desire to use for the ethernet connection.

Once that's done, the steps to successfully run the connection vary depending on what operating system your machine is running (as asked above: Windows, Mac etc).

I assume you have it connected to the Lapdock 500, right? Which version of Android are you running? GB doesn't have that functionality, to my knowledge, but ICS and JB should recognized it just fine. First thing I would do is check for updates
