Help Enabling/reinstalling native backup and restore

I uninstalled SyncIt HD from my
Lenovo 10.1" HD Tab 10 ZA1U0000US and now nothing happens after I try to enter settings | backup and restore | backup my data. There is no option to toggle it on and no automatic restore option. Lenovo must have disabled the native backup and restore app. Is there any way to enable or reinstall it? I don't want to be forced into using the one Lenovo installed. I want to use the one I'm familiar with, the stock one. I'm not a superuser and would rather not root the tablet.

Sync it , Maybe its one of required App to simply run up your backup thing ?
