encrypted files not accessable

is there any way to make these files accessable I have the files backed up on a computer, butwhen i click on them it says i file not found. Theres got to be a way to read the files because some of the files like 5 or 10 total of thousands works.

If you encrypted them on the phone, you have to decrypt them on the phone before transferring them to the computer. (Or learn enough cryptography and programming to write a Windows program that will read the files while they're still encrypted.) Windows can't encrypt a file something else encrypted. (A Windows program can't even read a file that some other Windows program encrypted.)

that phone broke im not sure if i could get the motherboard to work withanother phone or not, is there a part i could take off that phone and put on my phone to make it read
