I have a galaxy S5 that I backed the file up twice.
I used syncios and samsung backup tool.
Then I also tried to format the device using the setting - format phone in app.
That did not work.
I also have used the Dr. Fone's data recovery mode.
After all that, I encrypted my device, which required 80% of my battery.
Anyway, now I can't save pictures/ documents on my phone.
