I've got a ZTE N800 that is stuck on the "Encryption Unsuccessful" screen. I have already tried wiping/clearing cache by pressing the volume down and power button at the same time. It says my phone is completely wiped but the "Encryption Unsuccessful" screen still keeps showing up.
My phone is not recognized by my computer either so I haven't been able to attempt to use any programs to try and wipe it from my computer. It could be a bad cable, I will try another one when I get home, but if I am not able to even have my computer recognize my phone is there anyway to get it restored?
