End button in notification pull down doesn't work in JB ROM.

I noticed I can no longer end calls from the notification pull down if there is an active call. Pressing the End button on the pull down causes the pull down to retract but the call stays active. If I tap the same box but the call itself in the pull down it will open the call program. That's the only way to end a call.

I ended up designing a work around using 2 apps. Notification Toggle and Off/On Hook Button. The Notification Toggle app allows me to add apps to the notification bar. The Off/On Hook Button app ends an active call or brings up the dialer if not on a call. Works ok. Wish I knew why the stock END button on the Notification bar for the phone app won't work?
