laptop stuck @ welcome screen after reboot from crashing while copying files from laptop to atrix 2 via usb.

how do I connect with bluetooth laptop to phone. everything connects as normal and then the phone says trouble pairing.
 
Hello and welcome to Android forums! :)

Many laptops (and PC's for that matter) have trouble booting with a storage device plugged in via USB. Unplug the phone and reboot the laptop, then reconnect the phone.
