Help Enter to send on default SMS?

i have handcent but i swear it slows down the phone i just want to know there a away where i can use the enter button to send while i have my keyboard out to send messages rather then tapping the screen to send?

after you are done typing, hit the right arrow, then ok.
This will send the message.

If you're using Handcent, yes. Go to Handcent settings>send message settings>shortcut key to send. If you're using the stock SMS, then no, just what Cable said.
