When I dial a number from my Pulse and I am asked by the automatic answering system to enter a number to select an option the number is not received and I eventually get disconnected. Also my screen goes blank so I need to use the Home/Return button to see the dial-up number pad to enter the option number.
Does anyone else have these problems or know the solution?
