Help Enterprise Wireless problem ...

Hello all,

Having problems connecting to the wireless network at my job using a NEXUS 7 (not rooted). Now that I have the Jelly-Bean 4.1.2 update thought I give it another go.

BACKGROUND:
First, it is better with 4.1.2

Try this instead. Use if for leap/peap access to my corporate site and much much simpler than what you describe.

Once this is setup, my companys wifi is recognized and connects quickly, just using the normal settings tool for wifi

Maybe this will work for you. There is also a "pro" paid version.

Just be glad your IT department is smart enough to figure out how to provide you with the necessary cert. Where I work, they look at me like I have lobsters coming out of my ears if I try to talk to them about hooking up my non-microsoft device to the enterprise wireless . Instead I'm running my own little subnet via a USB dongle acting as an access point for my phone and tablet to talk to.

Thanks rootbrain but no joy using 'LEAP Wifi' even went for the big bucks ($2.49!) Pro version.

Do have some confidence now that my certificates are OK.

Next question - any logs (eventvwr) around these Android devices that might tell me what's going on (or not going on).
