Currently only able to DL via the TBH app but sounds promising.

Rumor is that it'll be available for DL tonight after 8EST for those that don't have the TBH app.
 
I was reading the posts by danalo1979 (the HUMBLE guy) and he says that it is amazing. Instant GPS lock, no lag between 4g/3g/wifi switching, and a better battery life. I can't wait!
 
Thanks, I'm going to be loading the modem files on my phone.

I have a feeling that I'm going to stick with GummyCharged GBE 2.1 until they come out with their own version of this ROM. Mainly because there's a particular theme I like and probably installing the theme on this ROM is going to break some things. Not to mention that I like the battery percentage in the Status Bar not just the battery icon.
 
Damn it. I -just- bit the bullet and flashed to the last build yesterday. Now this one comes out. Guess I'll be used to re-doing all of my settings!

Make a backup with CWM, flash the new leak, flash recovery and new kernel (if you want) then restore just the data of your backup.

*** All assuming that both are the same file system type.***
 
Decided to load the stock (rooted and deodexed) EP4 ROM onto my phone. Works great. Now I just need a good list of apps to remove to debloat this thing.
 
The voice command/recognition is vastly improved in this build. Played around with it from the google toolbar. You can now tell it to place calls, navigate and send messages right from the tool bar.
 
Apologize in advance of the question but romming this phone is different than on a Window's phone.

I want to put on the EP4P stock rom, is all I need to do is upload it? Is it best to use the Samsung utility or is Odin? I want to do a one step upload and not worry about installing any radios or kernals, which is where the confusion comes in. From what I read this is a all in one file. If not please correct me.

I've never rooted (is that even the term they use?) a Windows phone. I've never had the need to use Samsung Utility either. Typically, I just use Odin.

Using Odin to install this particular package will also provide the radios and stock kernel. Should you decide to do a "hacked" kernel or CWM Recovery you'll need to use Odin to flash those as well.
 
i updated for 2.3.4 ep1w to the 2.3.6 ep4p. been running it for 3days now with no issues other the my go payment cc reader doesnt work. i also had 2 random reboots the day i installed but not sense..
