Epad 7. battery. swap

Hey guys I bought a Dreambook 7 epad. It has a 2400mah battery which lasts me 4hours wifi off and 1.5 hours with wifi on. If I swap with the battery from a 10 inch epad ($30) 0n ebay which has 3800 mah will it last atleast 7hours wifi off?

I'm guessing that the answer to this, and the viability for that matter, may not be known. Is if known that the batteries from the two MIDs are the same size? Have the same terminals in the same locations? And the individual terminals for the batteries have the same orientation?
