Help epad zt-180 question

Hi All,

I've recently bought an epad and in the main does what i want it to (internet browsing, youtube, etc). 2 things, however...

1. When viewing youtube, i can't turn the volume up or down. When i press what looks like the volume switch on top, i either get a list of recently used functions or the menu. Anyone know how I sort this out? Hope I'm not being daft but there are no other buttons or on screen volume options.

2. Although it's running Android 2.2, it says it is not Flash compatible
Is there any simple way I can make it Flash compatible?

For youtube press what looks like the volume down button the go to settings you will see the volume control. As far as flash goes no there nothing we can do adobe doesn't work on the ZT-180 chipset until they add it to the list and come to agreements with Zenithink

I bought this epad yesterday and it was working fine and was very happy with it but i restarted it and now everything responds exact opposite from the screen shows. When i scroll left it scrolls right and like when I open an app in the left top corner it opens the app in the bottom right corner. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
