My girlfriend bought a used Epic and dropped it and the screen cracked but was still usable. I ordered a replacement and disassembled the phone with no problem. My problem is when I looked at the old screen and remvoed the menu button flex cable and sensor there were what looked like adhesive contacts that lie behind the menu buttons but the new screen did not have these (they're little white things that the touch menu sensor adheres on top of to interpret when a menu button is pressed). My question is should these have been already included on the new screen, could I purchase them separately or can they be removed somehow from the old screen (have not attempted this yet)?
Any help is appreciated.
