Help Epic 4G touch problems

I need help my epic touch keeps freezing on me and I have to do a battery pull just to get it to work again, and I am also having battery problems it is only last for about 4 hours then it dies my brightness is down and I don't have that many apps open so I don't understand why it is dying so fast. Please help

Anything specific your doing before it freezes, or is it completely random? It sounds more like just a lemon than anything, but if you get more specific people might be able to pin point the problem.

No it just randomly freezes on me.

Hard reset your device and install the apps slowly. More then likely your freezing / battery issues are related.

Having the same issue. Freezes at least once a day and I've only added a few apps. Not an "app" guy guess I prefer to do things the old fashioned, difficult way. Have to pull battery to reset the damn thing and it's only a mo. old.
