Help epic 4g touch tethering issue

jus got a gs2 epic 4g touch and im trying to tether via usb i downloaded the extra drivers and it created a network2 under my internet conections but i have no access to the internet

am i doing something wrong or is this how its supposed to be.... HELP!!!!!!

Do you pay for the Sprint tethering? It's not free to tether. Of course, there are ways to make it happen, but they require root. Maybe Easytether doesn't, but I can't remember. Anyway, if you really need tethering, just call Sprint, they'll be happy to add it to your plan for you.

You have to either pay for a tethering plan from Sprint or root your phone and use a custom solution (hack, ROM, or different tethering app), but keep in mind any tethering without the tethering plan is a violation of your terms of service so proceed at your own risk
