Help Epic flashed to cricket loses signal after call attempt is made

Hello, I'm new to this. I'm not sure if this has happened to others already but if so can someone direct me to the right spot. But my issue is my flashed Epic loses signal after a call attempt is made. I called cricket to switch my phone from their end they did but my phone after dialing *228 or trying another number loses signal and where the signal bars are supposed to be i get literally a NO sign like a circle with a line going through it. I need some major help I believe.

if you bought it already flashed then ask the person who sold it to you for help.

if you did it yourself then im not sure what to tell you.
