Help Epic no longer updating

My epic errors out when trying to check for updates on firmware, PRL, profile and Android. Anyone else seeing this issue? Message says to contact customer support if it continues to happen. It's been happening for a few days now, but I figured to ask here before calling Sprint.... Thanks

I wouldn't worry about it. Do a power cycle and you should be back to normal. As far as I know they're are no updates to be had anyway.
 
I have been having the same problem for weeks. I will have to take it to the Sprint store as a result. To the poster that suggested taking the battery out. Don't you think that would have been tried before?
