I have searched around a bit and and cannot find this answer, but is there a safe way to erase the internal sd storage without just selecting all in windows and deleting? I'm loading another rom and would like to start completely fresh thanks.
If you're talking about the prime's actual memory: turn your prime off then hold the power and volume down button until you get to a screen that has a "factory reset" option. I believe there's also an option in settings to factory reset, I just don't know where it as right now since I don't have my prime near me.
