My ear speaker seems to crackle when I use it. I'm not quite sure how to proceed with getting it fixed. It's a Verizon phone that I got on ebay but now I'm using it under PagePlus. Where do I take it to get it repaired/replaced? Am I still covered under some sort of warranty? How long will I be without a phone?

In case it matters, when I look at the phone after removing the battery cover, it has a pink grid-like pattern showing. Is that normal, or did the person I bought it from get it wet (it seemed completely unused when I bought it)?

If still possible, return it to the person you bought it from and buy another one.
