Erratic WiFi

I know this has been covered elsewhere but I can find no definative answer.

My WiFi is sometimes fast 30/40mbps then after a while being on will slow down to 2/3mbps. Turn off WiFi and on again and it gets good speed again for 10/15 minutes.

Evan at fast speed it is very erratic.

I am sure it is not my home system I have 60mbps cable and all my other devices are much faster on test.

Any one else the same?

Also what latest build number does everyone have in UK? has this latest small fix (which I do not have yet) fixed the WiFi problem?

Are you sure it not some mixed mode on the wireless router that causes the issue?

The act that other devices work fine does not mean the router's settings do not interfere with the Note's WiFi performance.
 
It happens on other routers as well so still puzzled.

What's your latest build number?
 
Thanks different model (country?)

I don't know if N8010XXUCMA5 means anything ref. updates?
